1 Sauna Session followed by 1 Float Session (1.5hrs).

Then lay supported in water more buoyant than the dead sea, de-stressing and relieving your muscular tension while floating effortlessly, absorbing all of the goodness that Epsom Salt has to offer, almost unable to truly tell where the water ends and your skin begins.
