Unlimited Fully Flexible Membership 

• All our sessions are subject to a thorough medical history being provided prior to commencing.

• Medical clearance may be required based on your current and past health.

• Full payment for your session is required prior to commencement.  

• We may ask if you are comfortable if your session is recorded (via photos or video) for a number of reasons (not limited to) quality control and self-improvement of our services and promotion of the service on social media or the website.  Please don't hesitate to let us know if you object (honestly there will be no hard feelings).

• We do not have nor charge any joining fees, only the weekly/monthly membership fees.

• Our memberships offer unlimited booked sessions for all standard services and includes a minimum 20% discount on all premium services

• We do not have lock-in contracts, however, we do require a minimum of 72 hours written notice (info@staraustralia.com.au) to cancel or pause your current membership, payments due or taken during this period cannot and will not be refunded under any circumstance.

• Management reserves all rights to cancel your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to misuse of equipment, damage to equipment or facilities and abuse of other members or their belongings, etc.

• The goal of this facility is to provide access to devices and recovery modalities not normally readily available to the everyday person.  We will help guide you and ensure all devices and modalities are being used correctly.  We may provide advice based on our experience only, you are encouraged to research and trail all modalities and tools in a manner you find helpful.

• Prices are as advertised and subject to change without notice or warning.

 

Super Saver Membership (Fixed term contract)

• We do not have nor charge any joining fees, only the weekly/monthly membership fees.

• Our memberships offer unlimited booked sessions for all standard services and includes a minimum 20% discount on all premium services

• This membership option includes a 6-month lock-in contract.  Cancellation within the 6-month period will render you liable for the balance of all weekly fees to the end of your 6-month contract.

• Management reserves all right to cancel your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to misuse of equipment, damage to equipment or facilities and abuse of other members or their belongings, etc.

• At the end of your 6 month contract if you would like to cancel we require you to send through written notice to info@staraustalia.com.au
